Hi, I'm Ciarra and I'm funraising for this amazing orgainization the 'Emipre State Youth Orchestra' (ESYO) that I've been apart of for many years now. I joined this ESYO for a opportunity to grow as a musician and as a person. At first I started off in CHIME and made my way up through the program. Being in CHIME has helped me grow to be in other ensables from Concertino strings, to String Orchestra, and now in Repertory Orchestra. Throughout the years, I've met new people, made so many friends and learned so much on my instruments and just life in general. I wouldn't be where I am today, espically as a musician, if it wasn't for ESYO's community and support.  

Playathon is Empire State Youth Orchestra’s most important fundraiser and friend-raiser of the year! This fun-filled day of free musical performances raises money for ESYO while showcasing the breadth and depth of our programs. It is the one day of the year when all ESYO ensembles (including CHIME) perform in one location!

Your support is needed now more than ever. The marathon display of musical talent helps ESYO ensure no qualified musician is ever turned away from the ESYO experience because of an inability to pay. The money raised will support a substantial portion of ESYO’s operating expenses and musician scholarships.
